CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that things come up and sometimes appointments need to be adjusted. By giving us advance notice, we can open the appointment slot to another client in need of massage.
Our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours notice for any appointment rescheduling or cancellation without resulting in a fee. If an appointment is rescheduled within less than 24 hours, then that client responsible for paying Relief by Chase half of their total service fee.
Any clients who "no-show" without contacting Relief by Chase within less than 24 hours of their scheduled appointment, are responsible for paying their full service fee.
